Dr. Alison Gurley Ho, PsyD
Dr. Gurley Ho is a licensed clinical psychologist who completed her doctoral training at William James College in Newton, MA. Over the years, she has had the pleasure of working with diverse clients seeking relief from a wide range of presentations, including anxiety, depression, work stress, relationship and identity issues. Dr. Gurley Ho knows that for many people, these symptoms keep them from connecting with important aspects of their lives. In therapy, she works together with clients to help them re-engage with what matters most.
Dr. Gurley Ho has extensive experience working with LGBTQ and gender diverse individuals, providing training on these topics at the local and national level. While she enjoys working with individuals from across the lifespan, she specializes in working with young adults, ages 18 to 35 years old. Prior to working in private practice, Dr. Gurley Ho taught on the faculty of a family medicine residency, where she saw clients for issues related to trauma, chronic illness, and insomnia. Practicing from a multicultural lens, Dr. Gurley Ho integrates evidence-based treatments, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindful Self-Compassion to tailor plans for each client. She works collaboratively with individuals to help align their lives with their values, and to not get consumed by thoughts and behaviors that are not working for them.
Dr. Nekhya Fox-Moss, PsyD
Dr. Fox-Moss is a postdoctoral fellow who graduated from the PGSP-Stanford Psy.D Consortium in California with her doctorate in psychology. She has previously worked across the lifespan to support and treat concerns for autism, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and trauma. Dr. Fox-Moss is passionate about helping young adults define what their ideal life looks like, build confidence in themselves, and address various mental health concerns.
Dr. Fox-Moss has worked in several settings during her doctoral program where she has provided evidence-based treatments like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, exposure and response prevention (ERP), accelerated experiential dynamic therapy (AEDP), and functional family therapy (FFT). She strives to integrate these modalities with person-centered approaches that emphasize the whole person rather than just their symptoms. Dr. Fox-Moss deeply values the knowledge that clients bring into session and works to help foster not only trust between the client and herself, but within themselves.
Dr. Katelyn Henault, PsyD
Dr. Katelyn Henault is a licensed clinical psychologist who provides psychotherapy to adults 18 years and older. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from William James College. Dr. Henault completed her APA internship and her Postdoctoral Fellowship at LifeStance Health, where she provided therapeutic services to children, teens, and adults across the lifespan in the outpatient clinic.
Dr. Henault believes that everyone is unique and therefore, their treatment must be uniquely tailored to each specific person in order to be effective. She utilizes numerous treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, and relational therapies. With her person-centered, collaborative, and personalized approach, Dr. Henault treats a wide range of concerns such as anxiety, trauma, depression, life transitions, women’s issues, and general existential concerns. She believes it is important to consider all of what makes you, you in order to solve any issues and considers all aspects of an individual when working together. She strives to create a supportive therapeutic environment to help work through and navigate any issues in order to help you align with your values and become your best self.
Dr. Meg Fallon, PsyD
Dr. Meg Fallon is a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of New York. Dr. Fallon has experience working with clients across the lifespan and across care levels, including inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, outpatient, college counseling, and emergency settings. Dr. Fallon works with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, postpartum mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, eating disorders, loss/grief, life transitions, relational issues, and recovery from traumatic experiences.
Dr. Fallon uses attachment theory as a theoretical basis for conceptualization and integrates psychodynamic and skills-based interventions from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), depending on client presentation and need. Dr. Fallon believes that connection, collaboration, and radical genuineness in the therapeutic relationship are essential factors in facilitating insight and change.
Dr. Fallon completed her undergraduate education at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, in Amherst, MA, where she majored in Psychology and Art History. Dr. Fallon received both Masters and Doctoral degrees from the University of Hartford, in Hartford, CT, with special focus on child and adolescent populations. Dr. Fallon completed her APA-accredited clinical psychology internship at Elmhurst Hospital Center/Mount Sinai Hospital System in Queens, NY, and her postdoctoral fellowship at the Center for Anxiety, a mood disorders focused private practice in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Fallon was most recently employed as an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the Icahn School of Medicine and as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist at the Student and Trainee Mental Health Program at Mount Sinai Hospital, where she met with clients who were in medical school and graduate school. In this role, Dr. Fallon also worked with medical residents and fellows working throughout the Mount Sinai Health System.
Dr. Ayelet Katzelnik, PsyD
Dr. Ayelet Katzelnik is a licensed clinical health psychologist providing psychotherapy to adults 18+ and specializing in a combined approach of integrative and behavioral medicine. She believes in treating the complete individual and sometimes uses a spiritual foundation along with modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness-based techniques, and relational therapies.
With her person-centered, collaborative, and holistic approach Dr. Katzelnik treats a wide range of behavioral and emotional concerns such as anxiety, addictions, trauma, depression, life transitions, women’s issues, co-existing medical and mental-health diagnoses, and general existential and spiritual concerns. She believes it is important to consider all aspects of the individual including socioeconomic factors, culture, race, gender identity, and will create a supportive therapeutic environment to facilitate clients’ exploration of stuck points as well as changes they could make to align them with their values. Dr. Katzelnik’s office hours are Monday through Thursday with daytime and limited evening hours. She offers both telehealth and in-office psychotherapy sessions.
Dr. Katzelnik received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from William James College. She completed her APA internship at the Lynn Community Health Center where she provided therapeutic services to adults across the lifespan in both the outpatient clinic and on an integrated primary care team.
Dr. Nina Sanfilippo, PsyD
Dr. Nina Sanfilippo, PsyD, is a Postdoctoral Fellow who earned her undergraduate degree in psychology from Wheaton College in Norton, MA and her doctorate in clinical psychology from William James College in Newton, MA. She specializes in working with adolescents and young adults, with a particular interest in providing support through periods of change or adjustment.
Dr. Sanfilippo’s therapeutic approach emphasizes the importance of understanding how one’s family and historical background continue to influence our lives today. From that foundation, she works collaboratively with clients to set goals that foster meaningful change, reflection, and personal growth in alignment with their hopes and values. Dr. Sanfilippo has experience working with a broad range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity development, and relational challenges.
